Daniel Nehorai Cohen – A Life Dedicated to Kindness, Service, and Making a Difference
Daniel Nehorai Cohen has dedicated his life to helping others, guided by a deep belief that the true measure of a person is the ability to give, strengthen, and bring hope to those in need.
In 1977, Daniel began his professional journey in Paris, where he entered the world of women’s hairstyling. In 1980, he moved to Miami, Florida, where he built a successful career and opened three hair salons. Over the years, he became a respected professional and had the privilege of working as a personal hairstylist for international artists and public figures, including members of the Bee Gees and the legendary singer Julio Iglesias.
After years of professional success, Daniel chose to dedicate his life to a greater mission — serving people and creating opportunities to help those facing difficult times. After returning to Israel in 1997, he devoted his energy to building charitable initiatives and supporting communities in need.
In 2000, Daniel founded “The Headquarters for Victims of Terror,” an organization dedicated to assisting victims of terrorism, bereaved families, wounded individuals, soldiers, and families facing hardship. Throughout the years, especially during times of war and national emergencies, Daniel and his team provided support, encouragement, and assistance to thousands of people across Israel.
Among his many initiatives are projects supporting IDF soldiers, including soldiers dealing with the emotional challenges following combat service, the vision of establishing safe recovery centers and hospitality homes, and the development of a global vision for charity through the “Charity Wallet” — an innovative platform designed to allow people everywhere to participate easily in acts of kindness and giving.
Daniel’s mission is built on faith, compassion, love for humanity, and the belief that when good people unite, they can create real and lasting change.

I address you not only as a loyal friend of the State of Israel, but as one who remembers and cherishes your family’s legacy of kindness. During my years in the United States (1980–1994), I was privileged to become closely acquainted with the work of your righteous father, the late Fred Trump, who was a great contributor to the Jewish community in New York. I personally was privileged to receive a financial donation through him, an act of kindness that I will never forget.
Today, I am establishing the “Villas for Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism” project – healing and recreation centers for IDF soldiers dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder and victims of terrorism. I would like to grant the right of the entire project to you and your family, and to commemorate your parents and your brother Robert, the late, on the sanatoriums in Eilat, Ashkelon, Ashdod, Tzfat, Caesarea and Herzliya Pituach.
To bring this vision to fruition and purchase the villas, I need a donation of $10 million.
I personally commit to managing the project with full financial transparency, and to dedicating all my energies to spreading good deeds and good deeds for you and your family. This project will be an eternal testimony to the inseparable bond between you and the Jewish people.

This project is not just a real estate venture; it is a sacred mission, a deep moral debt, and an expression of eternal gratitude and appreciation to the heroes who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the people and the country. The goal is to establish a network of resort and resort homes – “villas” – in the most beautiful places in Israel, which will provide a safe haven, emotional support, and holistic care for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), combat wounded, and victims of terrorism.
Each villa in this project is a symbol of light, hope, and healing, and is dedicated with deep appreciation to the elevation of the souls and the merit of the members of the Trump family, who demonstrated unqualified support for the State of Israel and its soldiers.

The Villa in Ashdod, located in the heart of a vibrant community, will be a testament to his legacy of giving, listening, and solidarity. At this center, soldiers will find a listening ear, professional care, and warm support on their way back to a full life, surrounded by the love of the community.

Mental injuries are sometimes more severe than physical injuries, and they require unique treatment, a supportive environment and a lot of love.

A warm, protected and balanced home that aims to provide an immediate, loving and professional response to wounded soldiers, combat-scarred soldiers and people suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and mental health difficulties following service and war.
• Initiative: The project was founded by Daniel Nahorai Cohen, founder and director of the headquarters for victims of terrorism.
• Need: Tens of thousands of fighters have returned from the battlefield broken, exposed to horrors, and in a difficult mental state after losing friends. Many of them do not have a support circle, and some may deteriorate into difficult situations to the point of suicide (to “save our wounded brothers from committing suicide every year”).

🕯️ Turning darkness into light: from Sydney to Israel
We are all heartbroken by the brutal anti-Semitic terror in Bondi Beach, Australia. We have lost pure souls, among them the devoted apostle Rabbi Eli Shlangar the 14th, who dedicated his life to spreading light and kindness.
We don’t let the darkness win.
Our answer to terrorism is building, healing and continuity. We are establishing the “Light and Hope Center” – a branch of the Bondi Chabad House here in Israel (in front of the sea in Herzliya Pituach), which will be entirely dedicated to the treatment and rehabilitation of victims of terrorism and soldiers dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
What will the center provide?
* Mental and emotional healing: professional accompaniment for victims.
* Spiritual resilience: a home of faith and hope.
* Rehabilitation and life: a supportive shell that brings the smile back to the face.

The letter of the dear and pious emissary

The writing was on the wall. The rise in anti-Semitism and incidents of violence against Jews in Australia, especially among the local Muslim community, was known to the authorities, to the Israeli Foreign Ministry, which alerted the Australian government, and to the Rebbe’s emissary, Rabbi Eli Schlanger himself, who was murdered in a Sydney attack, who only two months ago sent a special letter to the Prime Minister of Australia on the subject of the increase in hatred and voices criticizing Israel in the context of the “Iron Swords” War and the October 7 massacre.
In the letter, sent by Rabbi Eli Schlanger on the eve of Rosh Hashanah, the Rebbe’s emissary wrote: “Dear Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, as a rabbi in Sydney, I beg you not to betray the Jewish people and not to betray G-d Himself.”
He said, “This land was given by God to Abraham, then to his son Isaac, and then to Jacob, to be the eternal homeland of the Jewish people. Throughout history, Jews have been torn from their land time and again by leaders who are now remembered with contempt in the pages of history.”
“Today, you have an opportunity to stand on the side of truth and justice. By undoing this act of betrayal, you will not only honor the Jewish people and our heritage, but also align yourself with the word of God,” he wrote.
“If you choose this path, you will be welcomed home with open arms and even a warm Shabbat meal. I congratulate you in advance for the courage to do the right thing and stand firm against this act of heresy. With hope and prayer, Rabbi Eli Schlanger, Sydney, Australia.”
